How to deal with it? Do swollen feet come and go?#advicepls

I’m currently at week 22 and will be flying to Japan next week for a month long training in Japan office. My gynae told me I’m safe to fly and nothing much to worry about except during the flight, just make sure I wake up to walk around. Everyone but me is quite concerned and worried. Should I be worried too? What should I be more aware during my trip? Am I thinking too little or they overthink?

Hi mummies, Im currently pregnant with #3, 24 wks now. It is definitely diff from the other 2 pregnancy. So this time, i feel pressure or you knw like bruised sensation at your pelvic area..? Yeah that kind. But its not bruised, probably just some muscle issues. And its only on the left side. So whenever if i lift up my left leg or i get up from seating down, i will feel the pain at pelvic groin area there. So my question is, i am under kkh subsides, do you think i can ask fr bedrest? Do i need to overnight then i can probably get a HL fr bedrest? Anybody with this situation?

I just recovered from cough and flu 2 weeks ago now my throat is itchy and coughing again. Not sure why caused it -_- but anyone experience the same??

I am 36years old this year and currently in 24weeks now, and started experiencing cramp numbness at one side of the private area on n off and sometimes it get so intense and uncomfortable that I can hardly move, is this normal? And for baby movements to be detected only at lower abdomen near to the private part is it normal? And ankle area of leg also starts to feel abit cramp uncomfortable to move.

Hi mommies, anyone experienced very bad morning sickness throughout the first trimester and got better in second trimester? Im currently 11 weeks and my morning sickness is still really bad. Pregnancy is really tough for me and i do not enjoy a single moment. I know they said that in 2nd trimester everything gets better and week9/10 is the peak but at 11 weeks im still feeling horrible. Sometimes i even think about not having the baby just to end my misery. Anyone feels the same?

Anyone knows how to get rid of this constant nausea? 😥 I dont have alot of it on the first trimester until im in my 2nd trimester… the pills doctor gave me doesnt subside it either. #firsttimemom #advicepls
