Anyone knows what kind of first tri / genetic tests are available at NUH subsidized route?

Dear mummies, I just done my full blood test during 12w, and saw the result for full blood count is Abnormal. Worry now as the next app quite far 🥹 #firsttimemom

High WBC & High Neutrophils Absolute Count

Just did the Full Blood Count and saw the results, is it normal to have high wbc and high neutrophils count? Could it be a sign of GDM? Im at week 12.

KKH subsidised- blood test

Hi mummies I’m reaching week 12 soon. And I think I have a scheduled blood test coming up soon. I’m scared of blood 😅 so a bit anxious about what is to come. Anyone can advise? How much blood they take etc.. doc say as it’s my first pregnancy she will scheduled for a full blood test to check everything throughly.

I decided to go with FTS & NIPT and total 6 tubes of blood. The nurse very gentle and just close your eyes and within 5 mins settle. Jia you.

Hi! I just wondering is it normal to feel tired all day during the first trimester, I’m in my 10 weeks rn. I cant wait for 2nd trimester but I’m afraid if I still feel the same. Because I don’t feel productive at all🥺

Hi wondering how much does the 2 test cost and which one to go to.. I'm currently under subsidized in KKH.. pregnant for 9 weeks plus..

Consulted doc at week 9, doc asked to just go through first trimester screening and blood tests and said NIPT can be done later if required, no need to jump directly to NIPT. Schedule blood tests for week 11 and ultrasound at week 12.

9 weeks - mild cramping and light brown discharge

Hi! Did anyone else experience mild cramping and light brown discharge (only visible when wiping) during their first trimester? My next gynae visit is at the end of the month and I’m wondering if it’s better to get it checked asap, or if it’s normal. Thanks!

Probably better to make a call to the gynae clinic to ask if you should go down earlier. I have the same symptoms & baby is perfectly fine. Mine was caused by some mild blood clotting.

Hi, anyone has been offered NiPT? Which brands / company? And how do you guys decide which is to take basic or most comprehensive? Thank you. #firsttimemom

My doc recommended Harmony. You should discuss with your doc and doc will recommend and see which is more suitable for you.

My gynae said normal paracetamol is ok, not the extra strong type. You can to go a gp and ask for pregnancy safe medicines

Crampings - 10 weeks

Hi, i am more than 10 weeks pregnant and first time mom, just want to ask if someone experience cramping almost everyday? I don’t have bleeding and the cramping are not so painful but uncomfortable. Should i be concern?

I'm at 10 weeks and cramping everyday too.. it's definitely uncomfortable but I read that it's part of growing pain
