High WBC & High Neutrophils Absolute Count

High WBC and neutrophils can sometimes go up during pregnancy itself, so it is not always a sign of something serious, but it is also not something to just brush aside without checking. I would bring these results to your gynae or polyclinic doctor soon, because they can look at the full picture together with your other symptoms and history, and GDM is usually screened a bit later around week 24 to 28 so your doctor can clarify whether these two things are even related. Better to get a proper read from the doctor than to worry and guess on your own.
