Coral calcium supplement
My doctor prescribed coral calcium 1000mg during my first visit as my current supplement is insufficient. Was wondering is there a need to take coral calcium or normal calcium will do? As I hope to look for a more sustainable solution since the supplements are quite expensive.

I'm currently 8 weeks and during my recent gynae visit, I was given folic acid. The gynae mentioned that if I'm drinking enfamama twice a day, I will not need calcium pill since milk works just fine. Should I opt for calcium pill instead moving forward?

I was feeling very tired few days ago so I take my BP at home and it was 103/63 and then 96/59 maybe 2 days apart This is much lower than my usual BP…my BP always elevated when I check at hospital or doctor coz I stress but is the low BP too low?? Do I need to visit my gynae for low BP?? My BP generally in healthy range around 110/80 or 120/80
