Smoking during pregnancy

Hi mummies, I'm a smoker and was currently diagnosed with 7 weeks of pregnancy. Is it too late to stop smoking now? Does it affect my fetus? And what's the symptoms of miscarriage and fetus heartbeat has stopped? Thank you in advance!

Any Skincare/supplements recommendation?

I just found out I'm pregnant and am currently in Japan on a holiday. Seems like i cannot just use any skincare products/supplements when pregnant due to certain ingredients that are not safe for pregnancy. Any recommendations of good pregnancy safe skincare/supplements i can get in Japan?

Coughing at Week 4

I’m coughing non stop :( I’m currently at week 4 now. Have seen the doctor and have been eating the cough syrup that he have given me but I still have not recovered. Anyone face the same issue too? #firsttimemom

Discharge, 5 weeks pregnant
