Are Teazen Kombucha Safe during pregnancy

Hello all moms to be, I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant and have been consuming iron tablets due to low bloof and low iron and my friends advised me to consume kombucha to help with my constipation but I read online that Kombucha are not safe during pregnancy. Can any mommy advise me please

Eat a lot of greek yogurt instead of kombucha. Probiotic is very good for your digestion and gut, kombucha is healthy drink but the fermentation might not be OK for often consumption.

Hi, is it normal to have frequent fetal hiccups? I’m 29 weeks and experience fetal hiccups 2-3 days daily but not more than 3-4mins. Raise this issue up as I’m scare of cord around baby neck but gynae say as long as there is movement it is fine. I can’t help but keep worrying 😭

Definitely. My relationship changed for the better, and being pregnant certainly brought us even closer to each other

Am i having depression?

Hi, im in my 5 months pregnancy. Starting of pregnancy i was happy about it when im at work ( shift )and my spouse shows support. But ever since my work put me in office hrs, i feel sad. Maybe due to environment change , change in colleague too. Slowly my spouse support i don't feel it too. My spouse intimacy level is not there even before i was pregnant. He always sleeps and play phone when he's at home. Im starting to blame myself if i was unattractive and boring to him. I sacrifice my time so much for him. But he always pity others instead of me. I feel like i wasn't cared for. I felt lonely. At this time i feel like not having this pregnancy. I just feel like i don't care about it. Im really stress out. I don't have anyone to talk to. My family isn't one i can talk to. I have no friends. I just want to be left alone after the only person i expect to be there isn't there for me ( my spouse ) . Help maybe. Im really at my end.

Hi one thing you can try is to stop blaming yourself and start looking for alternatives! you can join online group to chat and slowly communicate with ur spouse. Always look on the bright side even tho u don't feel like it, know that it is normal and you're definitely not alone.

Gynae recommendation

Hi, any gynae recommendation at Mount Elizabeth Novena? Ideally, one with very good front desk team as we have experience a great docs but with subpar team which left us with a negative experience. Thank you!

Dr Jonathan Wee is great. Very patient and will always take the efforts to go through the details with you. My gynae for 3 kids.

How to deal with the emo..

Is it normal to feel excited looking forward to seeing my LO, but at the same time, keep thinking and worry about the labor pain of natural delivery 😔

Yes it’s normal! Don’t think about what hasn’t happen and stress yourself out. I was so stressed out and afraid of the pain but guess what, my labour process was painless! 😊 As much as I was excited and looking forward to unload baby, damnnnnn life easier when she was inside 😂.
