Hi! I'm on 15 weeks. Next week is my appt w doc. But there's no scan, just consultation w doctor's only. Moms out there. Do you think I could request from doc for scanning to see how my baby progression in my tummy?

was there an earlier scan at w12 or w14?

Stretch mark creams recommendation

Hi! I’m 8 weeks pp and I regretted not applying stretch marks cream during my pregnancy journey. Now I’m having a very bad stretch marks on my stomach, thankfully my thighs & arms have no stretch marks. Just wondering, what do you mommies recommend the best for stretch mark creams? I have saggy stomach too and I look super ugly right now. I hope you guys could help! I’ve used bio oil but it doesn’t help :( #advicepls #pleasehelp #firsttiimemoma

Palments lotions, or mamas choice. I use both and i think it works because i dont have marks.. if there is is very very light.

Green poop with constipation

Hi mommas and mommas to be! I am on my 8th weeks now and i just noticed I don’t poop as much as before. Like now, i usually poop 2-3 days after, i wonder if it’s normal? Also, my poop’s color lately is green as in like a vegetable green. I wonder if this is normal or do i have to worry about anything? Thanks in advance.

Forgot how to work

Hi Mummies, do you all kinda “forget how to work”? Today I just on my computer check some work stuff, i suddenly forget some of the key notes for my work.. :/ is it common?

Hahah yes, the mummy brain. Gets worse after birth but I got used to it. 🤣

Extreme dryness skin (face) after delivery.

Hi, gave birth on may and i realised my skin has been extremely dry, face mainly. Use more moisturizer but doesnt seems to work. Not sure if its the effects of epidural or just hormones changes. Anyone else facing the same thing and what did you do to help with the dryness?

definitely not epidural.. it’s hormonal changes postpartum and it’s very normal! give your body sometime to adjust back. On 4-5m pp you may face hair loss too. it’s the body’s normal development and hormonal fluctuation after delivery.

postpartum period pain

hi mums anyone experienced pressure like feeling down below and cramps during period after giving birth? i dont get cramps during period before but now i'm 2 months postpartum and have bad cramps for period how do i make it go away or reduce the pain? is this due to hormonal changes? will my period eventually regulate back to normal?

yes it’s due to hormonal changes, especially crampy when you breast feed or pump. use warm compress. it will regulate back don’t worry. might take few months.

increase milk supply

hi there! any advice on how to increase milk supply? im 28 days pp. supply has been pretty stagnant at arnd 70-90ml every pump with my lazy boob only yielding 20-30ml of the volume. i tried power pumping but no change in the yield.

try increasing frequency of pumping, taking lactation stimulating foods and increase water intake.

Growth Spurt (7 week old)

Hi mummies, is my baby going thru growth spurt? This is the second day during the day she will drink every hourly, 60ml formula usually. She's on mixed feed. I can latch and she can drink 60ml after that. Only sleeps thru 30min or 1 hour. Then will demand every hourly. What should i do to help her?#pleasehelp

follow her cues, it’s normal one.
