My friend actually visited NurtureStars at CCK Safra when she was shortlisting infant care centres, and she said the environment felt clean and well-organised, and the teachers seemed genuinely warm with the babies during her tour. From what I have heard going around, parents generally feel quite positive about the centre overall, the location being at Safra is convenient, and the facilities are decent for infant care. That said, a few mums I know did mention that it is worth going down personally for a visit and asking specifically about the caregiver-to-infant ratio and how they handle feeding schedules, since experiences can vary quite a bit depending on which class your child is placed in. Some mums were really happy with the communication from the teachers, while a small number felt updates could be more consistent, so it may depend on the specific teacher your little one gets. Definitely shortlist a few centres and visit more than one so you have something to compare, I think seeing it in person tells you so much more than any description can.
