Advice needed from SAHM please.

I have a 21 month old toddler who is exploring the world and a 6 week old baby that I am exclusively breastfeeding. My husband is doing all he can while being the sole breadwinner whilst not having enough rest because he is working 12 hour shift. I lived across the globe from all our family. We withdraw our child from preschool due to hygiene issue. How can I cope when both of them cry for me? How can I manage the morning routine for them? How can do I whip 3 meals out for my child and husband especially when he comes back home from work? I struggle to find time to eat for myself and just yesterday I am so tired that for the first time I did not shower myself. Genuinely seeking for advice. Thank you.

Oh, mama, it sounds like you have a lot on your plate right now. I can totally understand how overwhelming it must be to juggle a toddler and a newborn while also taking care of your husband and yourself. It's okay to feel tired and to struggle - you're doing an amazing job! When both of your little ones are crying for you, it can feel impossible to know what to do first. One thing that might help is babywearing - wearing your little one in a carrier while tending to your toddler can free up your hands and give you the ability to comfort both children at the same time. You can also try setting up a safe play area for your toddler while you nurse your baby so that you can keep an eye on both of them. For managing the morning routine, try to get as much done the night before as possible. Lay out clothes, prepare breakfast, and pack any bags or items you'll need for the day. Also, don't be afraid to ask for help from your husband - even if he's tired from work, he can still pitch in with tasks like getting your toddler dressed or making breakfast. As for meals, cooking in bulk and freezing portions can be a lifesaver. You can also look into simple, quick recipes that require minimal prep time. And don't forget to take care of yourself - consider meal prepping for yourself as well so that you have easy, healthy options when hunger strikes. Finding time to eat and shower can be tough, but it's so important for your well-being. Try to carve out even just a few minutes for yourself each day - whether it's during naptime or after the kids go to bed. And don't be afraid to ask for help from friends or neighbors if you need a break. You're doing an incredible job, mama. Remember to be kind to yourself and to ask for help when you need it. Baby Poop bit by bit

Hello mummies. FTM here. My baby (going 1 month) has been pooping bit by bit very frequently. Is it normal? I can change 3 diapers in a short 5mins kind. I googled and it says might be diarrhea (however it's not watery) or infection. Anyone knows what causes it and is it normal? Thank you.

U can wait awhile before changing. Sometimes they haven't poo finish.

Plain Water SOS

I cannot stand to keep drinking ginger tea and red dates tea only. I need plain water. I keep telling the adults that plain water is allowed. However, they insisted on not during the confinement period. Does any of you really avoid plain water during confinement?

I DRANK GALLONS OF WATER. Dont listen to them 😅

mine was on the day i gave birth. hours later a blood chunk as big as my fist came out..it was painful but nurse and dr both said normal.

Giving 1 week old infant non-milk food

MIL wants to feed my 1 week old infant liquid from the red dates in my red dates tea and 珍珠粉！Help! I broke down in front of my husband when I heard that and said NO! Baby drinks only breastmilk.

Pearl powder is such an old thing to do. Hope your husband talk some senses into his mom

Consumption of milk

Hi mummies, may I know how much milk should be given for a 6 days old infant? And the feeding interval? My confinement nanny seemed to be overfeeding my LO, but she said it is okay as some babies tend to drink more? As long as he cries, CN will deem fit my LO is hungry after checking that it is not due to dirty diapers. I cried so badly despite I told her he shouldn't be drinking 50ml every 2hrs..

mine was already drinking 60-70ml first few days in KKH, don't be worried! if bb is "overfed" they will reject or throw up milk.

Formula for babies preferring breastmilk

Hi mummies, My Breastmilk is on the lower/enough range and I would like to top up formula for my 1m old child. However, he seems to recognise the difference in the taste. We have introduced karihome & nature one. Only drank a little bit. Please recommend me formula that is close to breastmilk🙏 thanks mummies!

Super itchy belly postpartum, helps!

Hello, i have delivered my second baby about a week ago. And I am experiencing itch on my belly, I have never experience this before. The stretch mark is so red and itching me out. Is there any recommendations on how I can ease the itch? Thank you.
