Lower back pain last 20 days is it normal?

It is totally normal to have lower back pain during pregnancy as your body preparing to carry little one as well as labour. You might want to do proper stretching/exercise for back posture. During sleep to have atleast cushion/pillow as support. If this persistent and you can't endure, you may also use maternity support after few months as well as seeing doctor for cooling gel/cream for back pain.

can I check if we consume milk that have the folic acid, do we still need to eat folic acid tablet?

yes it’s still best to take folic acid tablets. the maternal milk has a lot of sugar, best not to take too much of it.

it’s normal, probably implantation blood. just watch out for period-like bleeding, that’s the worry.

If I keep sneezing is it normal , is it because the baby feels cold

You might want to go doctor to get medicine or perhaps raise your concern/questions to your gynae upon checking up. Every pregnancy, body immunity is different. When you are going thru pregnancy body hormone changes too. So it might affect our immunity too.

First trimester and having cough and blocked nose

Need help! Should I seek a doctor to check on my baby (5week 5days) if I am having a cough and blocked nose? Will those illness be harmful for the little one? I google and some said miscarriage could happened when one get flu during pregnancy >

er..i dont think so. bt u can go see the doc n get necessary meds for yourself..
