Breathlessness at 12 weeks!

Anyone else finding it difficult to breathe normally these days? And don't forget the dizzy spells that accompanies the breathlessness. How do you ladies cope, especially those who are working? I wish I could lie down now tbh. Hubby is asking if I wanna go to the hospital, but I told him if it gets worse tonight then we'll proceed. Stay strong mums to be! 💪🏼

I experienced dizzy spells too. Eating food / snacks to ensure my stomach’s not hungry helps! You may want to consult a doctor if your situation worsens though. Take care!

Prenatal Massage

Hi everyone! I’m currently 13 weeks and I am looking into prenatal massages. Once I get a green light from my ObGyn, I would like to have massages 16 weeks onwards. Can anyone recommend me a good one here in Singapore? I’m so excited to get a professional massage as I already feel so much aches in my body now. Thanks!

I went to Madam Partum during my first pregnancy. I love their katong outlet and their masseurs are good!

hi! I was prescribed progesterone 4/day but I stopped after taking the first dosage (02 caps) as my spotting stopped. is it okay if I stopped taking progesterone without consulting my gynae? am only seeing my gynae upcoming Thursday 😮‍💨

Was it given because of IVF? If so, should still be taking to be safe

Why Dr leverage on 1st day of last period?🤔

Why Doctors normally add 2 weeks to your pregnancy timeline? I thought I should be at week 3 but Dr told me I am at week 5.. Given I had 2 miscarriages before, I feel that sometimes it made you anxious when the yolk sac or fetal pole not visible at that time the Dr thought it should be but you know it is too early. Anyone facing the same dilemma as me?

Most pregnancies last around 40 weeks (or 38 weeks from conception), so typically the best way to estimate your due date is to count 40 weeks, or 280 days, from the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP).

I’m 7weeks far and everyday feels like urghhhh. The nausea, exhaustion and uncomfortable feeling. How do mommies work and survive first trimester? I’m struggling everyday.

Me too! This is my 2nd pregnancy and my 1st wasn’t like this. I am exhausted everyday! I am 9 weeks now. The nausea started around 7 weeks and got worse this wk. I took frequent breaks at work, kept my tasks to shorter time frames so that I factor in time to “stone” in between. I cannot rush a piece of work for a whole hour straight. It tires me out.

Constipation Woes

Anyone has any constipation remedies to share? I’ve been introducing more fruits and vegetables into my diet but they don’t seem to help :(

LEFT SHOULDER AND LOWER BACK ACHE

Is it normal to have left shoulder aches and lower back aches in the middle of the night?

HFMD during pregnancy

Currently 12 weeks and 3yo at home is down with HFMD. So worried I would get it from her (or who knows I already did) Any mums got HFMD during pregnancy before? Any tips? Did it affect the pregnancy? :'(

I was 9 weeks when my 2yo got hfmd. I was nervous too but i think i didnt get it. Juz make sure dont share food and sanitise as often as u can.
