Gynae choice

Both doctors have pretty good reputations from what I've heard, Dr Law Wei Seng has over 20 years of experience and is especially known for his laparoscopic work, and people say his "chill" manner is reassuring, which matters a lot during pregnancy. My neighbour saw him and mentioned that everything is done in-clinic so you don't have to run around to hospitals for tests and scans, which she found really convenient. On charges, I've heard natural assisted delivery with Dr Law works out to around $6,400 or so, but that excludes supplements and any special scans, so budget a bit more on top. Dr Goh Shen Li at Thomson handles high-risk pregnancies too, so if you have any complications, she's well-regarded for that. Both seem solid choices honestly, it really comes down to whether you prefer a female gynae or are comfortable with a male one, and which clinic location suits you better.
