Breathlessness at 12 weeks!

Anyone else finding it difficult to breathe normally these days? And don't forget the dizzy spells that accompanies the breathlessness. How do you ladies cope, especially those who are working? I wish I could lie down now tbh. Hubby is asking if I wanna go to the hospital, but I told him if it gets worse tonight then we'll proceed. Stay strong mums to be! 💪🏼

I suggest you go to the hospital immediately. It’s unusual cause at this stage, the baby is not big enough to be causing breathlessness. Or did you confuse nausea with breathlessness?

I experienced dizzy spells too. Eating food / snacks to ensure my stomach’s not hungry helps! You may want to consult a doctor if your situation worsens though. Take care!
