Milk bottle teats by age

Really curious question as a first time mom. Does the age usage of milk bottle teats really matter? Like 0+m, 3m, 6m.... do I really change according to the age of my baby? Or how do I know when I should upgrade to an older age teat. #firsttimemom #advicepls

For a start, yes use 0m+ because the teats are made for slower milk flow. If 6 months teats will have fast milkflow and may choke infant :) Afterwards, it depends on your baby preference.

Is it safe to take the tarik in pregnancy? I’m in my third trimester. I have it at times on alternate day. Only one small cup.

In moderation is fine, even for coffees~

Difficulty sleeping

Im 34 weeks now and it’s so difficult to find a position to sleep, i will feel comfortable for few mins then agter awhile need to change sides again plus I wake up every 2 hrs. I also noticed I have been peeing a lot. Like I just peed before shower then pee again after shower. Dunno what to do anymore does this mean I am going to give birth soon? So difficult! 😫 Anybody else having the same experience?

for sure. I have been sitting up to sleep since starting of 3rd tri as sleeping sideways is uncomfortable and also my sinus is so bad my nose is permanently blocked. hang in there mama

Hi mummies, Is anyone using a Doppler? I bought one from shopee when I was 8 weeks pregnant. Now I’m close to 17 weeks but the Doppler still doesn’t work for me and I can’t find the right heartbeat. Is Doppler really useful?

Fetal doppler didn’t work for me either!

Green discharge

I’m currently 32 weeks. I did get a pill from the doctor to insert in the vagina to clear a yeast infection I had before in pregnancy. However suddenly now in the third trimester I got the green discharge again. There’s no itchiness or redness. Is this the medication?

How common is vaginal/pelvic muscle pain? I am 32 weeks pregnant.

How common is vaginal/pelvic muscle pain? I am 32 weeks pregnant. When I lie down and try to flip the pain is very bad 7/10 I would say. If I try to get up and take walk or sit again it pains alot. Baby movements are good but this pain is even making walking difficult.

Same… when I toss and turn in bed I feel the pain.. when I walk more than 15 minutes my pelvic area will ache 😅 I used to enjoy walking long distance now pregnancy has changed 😂

Joie - Aire Twin stroller. It was the best stroller I ever had with my two kids. A toddler and an infant. 😀

Itchiness and rashes

32 weeks currently, having itchiness and rashes on feets, faces and hands.. anyone else?

Due to hormonal changes you will have such skin irritation. You can use QV Moisturiser or any other moisturiser safe for preggy mum.

Is this stretch marks or melesma? Will stretch mark removal cream like Palmer's work on this?

Is this stretch marks or melesma on breast? I am 32 weeks pregnant dont have any stretch marks on belly just a linea nigra and recently these marks on breasts.

These are normal. They are pigmentations due to pregnancy. Not stretchmarks, not melasma too. Melasma appears on the face. Im assuming you dont have any pigmentations on the face right? I also have the same, atleast it came out on the breast not on the face 😅 Anyway they will go away after pregnancy.
