Best play group for kids

I really feel you on this, finding the right playgroup can feel so overwhelming with so many options out there. My friend tried a few with her little one and she said the ones run through community centres tend to be really welcoming and affordable, good for kids to mix around with others their age. You might also want to check what is available near your area through the PAP Community Foundation or My First Skool, as they sometimes have trial sessions. It is worth just dropping by and getting a feel for the teachers and environment before committing lah.

Week 31, morning sickness/nausea returns?

Hi anyone experienced the return of their nausea/morning sickness in 3rd trimester? Was glad to have my appetite back at the end of 2nd tri, but the nausea returning now is making me apprehensive to eat again.. regardless, taking everything as good signs!!

Me! However, mine was no MS till week 38 hahaha 😅.

I really feel you on this, finding the right diaper for your baby can take some trial and error because every baby's skin is different. My girl did well with Merries when she was a newborn, and a friend of mine swore by Huggies Platinum for her boy because it kept him dry through the night. I'd suggest buying small packs of a few brands first before committing to a big bundle, since some babies get rashes with certain materials. You can also check if your PD has any recommendations based on your baby's skin type lah.

Discharge in 3rd trimester

Hi all, wondering if anyone has experienced discharge during the last trimester, specifically at 32 weeks. Usually i have little to no discharge and usually whitish. But today it was kind of pale yellow. Is it a concern? my next appt is in the next 2 weeks, idk if its too late to wait and ask my gynae

You can ask your gynae pertaining this if it is a concern. Dont wait eventhough it is common to have discharge even when you are not pregnant. But if you are worried, ask your gynae directly.

Hello mummies I want to ask what to pack.inside my.maternity,bag to bring for hospital stay after delivery as I'm first time mummy.

Not sure where you’re giving birth. TMC 1 bedder. Charger, IC, admission letter. Optionals: Change of clothes (Optional, can wear back the clothings you went in with). Hair tie Cooling pad/spray Nursing bra Breast pump Own preferred pad (I brought along one Kotex overnight panties to wear upon discharge) Binder (Csect) Set of baby clothings (I wore hospital’s back) 2 bedder and above: Toiletries

Loss of appetite after fever

My 2yo recently recovered from viral infection with fever up to 39c. He has not been eating much solids after that, seems to have lost appetite for food, any mom experienced the same, any advice please? #advicepls #firstbaby

My toddler's appetite dropped a lot after a high fever too, mummy 😢 It took about 1-2 weeks before he started eating normally again. I focused on keeping him hydrated and offered small portions of his favourite foods without forcing him. His appetite gradually came back once he fully recovered. Hope your little one gets back to eating well soon ❤️

Af due today but no where to be seen. 31 day cycle, Flo predicted O day to be 15th Jan. anyways we BD for the entire 2 weeks just to be sure. Ive got really sore/sensi nips for more than a week now. The last i test it was neg, not sure if its becx i peed on it less than 3 hrs of peeing again. As of now, cm is thin n slightly milky n watery. Could i be preg?

premenstual and pregnancy symptoms are very similar so the only way to tell is to use a test kit. get a digital one to get clear results

Pinkish discharge

Today is week 34+4, yesterday went to see doctor, said have bacteria in vagina, so last night started using flagystin pessary insert into vagina. Last night and this morning urine all OK. Today 130pm after pass urine, noticed pinkish discharge. No abdominal pain, baby movement still normal. Don't know it's because of the vagina medicine or baby going to come out.
