Hi Mummies. Can 8 weeks preggy still go to the theme park for rides like universal Japan?

Nope not advisable any pregnant mummies to ride on any roller coaster etc.

What should I bring along with me up to the flight? And also since is budget flight, which mean there will not be any meals. Suggestion what to bring as well?

Economic have food. Unless you’re referring to budget flight. If don’t have then you might wna buy some sandwiches inside the terminal, or just order water/snacks from the airline.

Headache/Nausea

Week 9. Started to have mild migraine on left side of my fore head yesterday and I don't know is it nausea feeling. Is like there's something at my throat that kind of feeling. How to feel slightly better? Will it goes away?

It is normal to feel weak, headache, nausea and tired during first trimester. It will get by after weeks past. But sometimes till third trimester. Depend on individual. Just need plenty of rest. If this is your first pregnancy, it might be tough for some mummies. Tc

Should i hire a maid or infant

Hi, I am a first time parent here. Was wondering if i should hire a helper to took after my baby, 4 months after my maternity leave or i should put my baby to infant care in the future. As i worry it will be very tiring and difficult to handle a baby after work. Appreciate for some advise from the mommies. Thank you! :)

It depends on you or spouse whether financial is an issue. You may work out on budget and therefore decide. Having a maid would help with everything from caring your baby, chores, etc. If you put in IFC, you will have to rush from home to IFC, then work, fetch, then back home. On top of that would be cooking, chores, etc. I have known of some people that choose either of the option, while some with more stable financial would take both. Maid will do whatever they can at home (chores, laundry, cleaning, rest time) while being watch on CCTV and half day for baby instead of full day.

Any home remedies for Heartburn

I am in my week 8 currently and i have frequent heartburn after MS. Any home remedies to ease the symptoms? I tried ginger tea and it doesnt work for me

At which week and day did you guys saw a heartbeat?

Hello parents, For those who already had witnessed their babies’ heartbeat, which week+day did you went to the gynae?😊 I’m going to see my gynae this Friday which is exactly week 6 day 1. Not sure if I’ll be able to get a heartbeat this time as I had a miscarriage in Feb🥺 Very excited but very terrified at the same time!

Maid or helper necessary?

First time parent here and my wife my expecting week 8. We are unsure if having a maid or helper is necessary as we are planning to send the baby to infant care in future. Both of us are working. Not expecting in-laws to help out much. Appreciate some advise and when we should start looking for helper.

i don't think there's a need if both are hands-on since you are planning to send baby to IFC helper will be very free when the baby is at IFC we sent our 1st born to IFC when he was 4 months old, with no helper and family members.

What do you guys do to prevent the nausea feeling ? Having it like 24/7. Cant even eat :(

Ask your dr for meds like dicletin, I think it helps a little! And I used to carry lemon around to smell whenever nausea comes 😅 like sliced lemons

Any mummy go through natural birth without epidural and still choose to do so for 2nd baby and so on.. And why?

if you can take it, and no other need for epidural, why not.
