Hi Everyone, Im currently 8 weeks, this is my 2nd one. The first one I took pregnancy milk - Similac mum- it's quite sweet. After that I got diabetes in pregnancy. This time Im not sure should I take milk or not. Sometimes in morning or at night the hungy strikes so a cup of warm milk does help. Right now I'm taking organic soymilk powder. Thank you for your sharing.

Before pregnancy, i always sleep on my side. Right now i’m 8 weeks and i can’t sleep well at night and can’t sleep on my side because my stomach will feel uncomfortable. 😭 is there any way to sleep well at night?
