Mga mhie. sino po nasabihan ng OB dito na mababa ang placenta? at ano po ginawa nyo?

Ay, alam ko yan, mhie! Low-lying placenta talaga ay common sa early pregnancy pero usually umakyat pa habang lumalaki ang uterus, so don't panic muna. Marami sa amin nag-experience nito, ang advice ng OBs ay usually bedrest, avoid heavy lifting, at iwasan ang intercourse para safe, tapos close monitoring lang with ultrasound every few weeks to see kung umakyat na. Best talaga na i-discuss mo mabuti with your OB kung gaano kababang, kasi depende rin sa exact position at stage ka ng pregnancy, may iba na kailangan ng extra precautions, may iba naman na nag-resolve on their own, pero ang consistent advice is really to take it easy and stay in close contact with your doctor para updated ka palagi.

Hello po normal lang po ba na walang masyadong discharge pag nasa 1st trimester at 2nd trimester po??

Hi mommy! Actually, it's normal to have discharge during pregnancy, usually mas marami pa even in the first at second trimester, pero the amount really varies from one mom to another, kaya kung konti lang sa iyo, that's okay din naman. I'd still suggest checking with your OB about it just to be sure everything's going well, lalo na if you're worried, better safe than sorry talaga, especially during pregnancy! Alam ko maraming moms na nag-panic sa ganitong concerns, pero ang gyne mo ang best person to ask para sa peace of mind mo.

from january 2023 to may 2025 last hulog ng sss ko. edd ko na sa december 2025

ff. same here, last hulog ko is April 2025 dahil nagbedrest ako and not sure if madadagdagan pa bago magdecember 2025.

Hi FTM here 14 weeks. Meron din ba dito sainyo na sobrang itchy down there? Already asked my OB about it, she said lagyan ng calmoseptine sa itchy part. But sobrang itchy pa din ngayon. Sobrang uncomfortable na. Any reco kung anu nag work sainyo? Thank you!

The Heartbeat That Saved Me 🩵

Yesterday was my OB-GYN check-up. These past few days, and even now, have been incredibly hard. I’m going through the darkest season of my life. I feel hopeless, so tired that I’ve been thinking about giving up entirely. But the moment I saw the ultrasound and heard my baby’s heartbeat, I broke down in tears. I asked myself, “Am I really this selfish, to think of ending everything, when there’s an innocent life inside me, completely dependent on me to live and fight for us both?” I know deep down I could never actually do it, but the fear, the loneliness, the pain, and the weight I carry every day make it so hard to get up and keep going. Still, I remind myself: You don’t have to carry everything all at once. And so, even when I feel like I have nothing left, I choose to stand. I choose to breathe. I’m still here. Even when I’m broken, crying, and struggling, I fight on. Because if this little life inside me is fighting to live, who am I to give up on us? So I will choose to be whole again, not just for myself, but for the new life growing inside me. 🥹

Oh mama, my heart is so full reading this. Pero please, please talk to your doctor or a mental health professional about what you've been feeling, these thoughts are real and you deserve proper support, hindi lang the heartbeat moment. A few of us mums have gone through postpartum depression or pregnancy anxiety, at nakita namin na may talagang tulong available, from counseling to other resources. You're not selfish for struggling, you're human, and you're already so brave for choosing to fight. Pero hindi ka dapat mag-alala mag-isa. Reach out to your OB, a therapist, or even a trusted friend today, ha? You and your baby deserve the best version of you, and that means getting help. Praying for you, mama.

Hello My. Normal lang pa yung nagsusuka gabi-gabi? As in walang paldo talaga. 13 weeks na po ako.

Ay normal pa yan, sis! 13 weeks ka pa lang kaya ang morning sickness (or in your case, gabi-gabi sickness haha) ay parte pa talaga ng first trimester para sa maraming moms, kasama ko, walang pattern talaga, minsan umaga, minsan gabi lang talaga. Pero since it's consistent at gusto mo sure na lahat's okay, best to check in with your OB lang para ma-confirm na normal lang siya sa iyong case at para ma-advise ka rin ng preventive measures if needed. Alam mo naman, bawat pregnancy is different kaya mas safe na. Ingat ka at hydrate well!

Ay normal lang yan mama, especially sa second trimester! The baby's growing and putting pressure sa bladder mo, kaya mas madalas kang mag-ihi at sometimes may slight leakage pa, lalo na pag tumalon ka or nag-laugh hard. A few of us moms noticed the same thing around that time, kaya hindi ka nag-iisa, one of my friends even kept extra panties sa bag niya everywhere hehe. But if may unusual color, smell, or itching kasama, better check with your OB just to be safe kasi sometimes yeast infection din yan sa pregnancy, so para sure lang.

Hindi ko masabi kung normal yan based lang sa description mo, kaya seryoso talaga kailangan mo magpa-check sa OB mo agad, lalo na kung paulit-ulit na at nakakabother sa iyo, yung combination ng stomach pain, diarrhea, at vomiting puwedeng maraming reasons, from food poisoning to something pregnancy-related na kailangan attention. A few of my preggy friends experienced something similar at nag-worry din kami, pero importante talaga malaman kung ano ang tunay na dahilan para ma-manage nang tama at safe para sa baby mo, so please don't wait pa ha!
