Ano po ba mas better, may pagka yellow or white/clear?

Ang yellow-ish breast milk ay actually ang colostrum, lalo na sa early days pagkatapos magbigay ng buhay, super rich sa nutrients at antibodies para sa baby, kaya mas better talaga yan! Once your milk comes in fully after a few days, it becomes more white or creamy, which is perfectly normal din and mas fulfilling para sa baby as they grow. A few of us mums sa circle namin natandaan namin na yung yellow stage ay short lang, maybe first week or two, then transition na to the whiter milk, both are exactly what baby needs at different stages, so don't worry if the color changes, totally normal yan! But if you're concerned about anything unusual or may other questions, best to check with your OB or lactation consultant para sa peace of mind.

Looking for Advice: High FT4 with Normal TSH and FT3 Levels During Pregnancy.

I recently had some thyroid tests done, and while my TSH and FT3 levels came back normal, my FT4 is elevated. I'm a bit concerned about what this could mean for my pregnancy and overall health. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I’ve heard this could indicate subclinical hyperthyroidism or other thyroid issues, but I’m not entirely sure what to expect. I’ll be following up with my doctor, but I’d love to hear from other moms or moms-to-be who’ve been through this. Any advice or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated!

Hay, this is actually something you really need to talk to your OB about kasi pregnancy thyroid stuff can be tricky, a few of my mum friends had thyroid issues during pregnancy and their doctors adjusted things as they went along, so don't stress too much but do get it checked soon. I know it's worrying kapag nakita mo ang "elevated" sa results, pero sometimes pregnancy itself changes your thyroid levels, and your doctor will know exactly what it means for you specifically. Definitely bring all your test results to your next appointment and ask them to explain what the FT4 level means, they might just want to monitor you or might recommend something, but you'll feel so much better once you know what's really going on. Keep us posted if you're comfortable, I'm sure maraming mums dito who've dealt with thyroid stuff during pregnancy!

Postpartum uterine contraction

Hi mga mhie,, ask lang po kung normal pa po ba makaranas ng pananakit ng puson at balakang kahit 4 months n po simula nung nanganak ako.. as in umiiyak aq s sqkit kc parang naglelabor aq pag sumasakit siya.. ung mga pelvic bone ko nasakit din at mga natunog ang buto kapag bumabalikwas aq pag nakahiga aq. Injectable po pla aq deposhot. Thanks po sa makakasagot. Godbless po.

Ate, mahalagang makita mo ang doctor tungkol dito, lalo na kung ganito kasakit at umiiyak ka na, 4 months is quite long for this intensity, at need natin malaman kung ano talaga ang nangyayari doon. Please book an appointment o pumunta sa clinic na, okay? A few of us moms have had lingering pain after birth, pero ang severity mo sounds like it needs checking, baka may something na kailangan i-address. Ang pelvic pain + the sounds you're describing deserve a proper exam lang para mapahinga ka ng maayos. Praying you feel better soon, sis!

NAGSUKA NG KULAY DILAW ANG ANAK KO.

Mga mi. Nagsuka po ng kulay dilaw ang anak ko. 3 years old n po siya. Ngayon lang umaga sumuka anak ko ng dilaw. Kagabi wala sya gaanong kain pero sumuka siya nagsimula ng hapon. Pangatlong suka niya ngayong umaga. Mamayang tanghali ko pa sya mapapacheck up gawa ng sarado pa ang pagccheck upan namin at naghhintay dn ako ng pagpasok ng sahod. Dapat ko na po ba ito ikabahala????

I'm 30 a weeks pregnant pa lang po and linalabasan na po Ako ng ganito. Sumasakit narin po ang balakang , likod, puson tyaka mga paa ko

Uy, mama, please see your doctor or go to the hospital na ngayon na para ma-check properly, hindi kami dapat mag-guess sa ganito, lalo na may pain ka pa sa balakang at puson! Thirty weeks is still quite early, kaya importante talaga na malaman ng doc kung ano talaga ang nangyayari. Huwag mag-atubiling pumunta sa emergency if the pain gets worse or you feel anything else unusual, okay? Kaya mo yan, sending you strength!

ask kolamg po kung ano po gamot dito? makati po kasi sya sa bata e hays. yung mabisa po sana.

Sugat sa paa

Ay, nakakahirap talaga pag sugat sa paa ng bata, lalo na kung makati! Personally, nag-try kami ng antibiotic ointment first (like Neosporin or generic brand) tapos covered ng clean bandage para hindi siya makurap, then para sa itching, puwede ring mag-apply ng hydrocortisone cream if it's really bothering him, pero mas safe kung tiningnan muna ng pedia kung gaano kalaki or kung may signs ng infection, kasi minsan the itch ay sign na may something else na dapat ma-address. Pano na yung sugat ngayon, lumaki pa or okay lang?

Ooh turning 3 na, how exciting! A few of us mums usually go with practical gifts na pwede nyang i-enjoy for a while, like a good balance bike or scooter (super useful pang when she grows), or puzzle sets and building blocks na tumataas ang difficulty level so hindi agad naboring. One of my close friends got her daughter a pretend play set (kitchen or doctor's kit) at honestly, best gift ever kasi endless ang creativity with that, plus it keeps them occupied for hours haha. You could also go with books na interactive or with sounds, or if may budget, some of the ride-on toys are worth it talaga. It really depends on what toys she already has at kung anong interests niya na, mas okay yung something she'll actually use regularly kaysa makikita lang sa isang sulok. Good luck sa gift hunting!
