Breastmilk

Ang yellow-ish breast milk ay actually ang colostrum, lalo na sa early days pagkatapos magbigay ng buhay, super rich sa nutrients at antibodies para sa baby, kaya mas better talaga yan! Once your milk comes in fully after a few days, it becomes more white or creamy, which is perfectly normal din and mas fulfilling para sa baby as they grow. A few of us mums sa circle namin natandaan namin na yung yellow stage ay short lang, maybe first week or two, then transition na to the whiter milk, both are exactly what baby needs at different stages, so don't worry if the color changes, totally normal yan! But if you're concerned about anything unusual or may other questions, best to check with your OB or lactation consultant para sa peace of mind.
