Hello mga mommies, tanong ko lang po if normal po ba ang hindi reglahin kapag nag take ng daphne pills. Naka 3 packs na kasi ako and last mens ko nung June pa, almost 2 months na po akong di nireregla. Nag PT na din ako para sure and negative naman po siya. #DaphnePillsUser #BreastfeedingMom

Hey mama, yan talaga one of the side effects ng Daphne, amenorrhea or walang period, lalo na kung matagal mo nang ginagamit, kaya hindi unusual ang nangyari mo! Pero since almost 2 months na talaga and nag-PT ka na (glad negative!), I'd really suggest checking with your OB just to be safe, para ma-rule out kung may iba pang reason and para alam mo rin kung okay pa rin yung pills for you, kasi bawat katawan naman ng babae different pa rin. A few of my mum friends had the same issue with hormonal pills kaya nag-switch sila ng brand or nag-adjust ng dosage, your doctor can advise kung best para sa'yo.

Kapag sa public hospital ka manganganak di mo na need asikasuhin ngayon Un kse pagka oanganak mo doon na mismo sila magtuturo syo at sa bantay mo kung pano aasikasuhin kse alam ko sila na ang gagawa ng philhealth mo. Kung wala koa at ggawin kapa nilang indigent . Para zero billing ka

Hello mga mommy here 👋 ask ko lang dito kung sino may baby na may lagnat dito dahil sa bakuna pero may mainit yung ulo kesa sa katawan . Normal lang po ba yun ?

Normal po ba yung kulay ng lips ng baby ko?

Hello mommys. 2 months na po baby ko. Turning 3 months this july. Pure breastfeed rin po siya and normal naman po lahat pero napansin ko yung lips niya. I don't know kung maputla ba or what, kasi parang purplish siya kahit hindi dumidede. Aside from that, normal po lahat sa baby ko. Normal po ba iyan? May katulad rin po ba sa baby ko dito? Please mommys, I need your opinion. If ever and really needed. I'll take her sa pedia. Pangalawang baby ko na po pala siya. Bottle feed po 1st baby ko so first time ko po sa breastfeeding.

Mama, that purplish tint ay pwedeng normal lang, especially kapag baby is just resting or not actively feeding, marami kaming babies na ganyan! But since you're noticing it even when she's not feeding at all, and kahit pangalawang baby mo na, I think it's best to bring her sa pedia next visit para ma-check lang, kasi mas okay na ma-peace of mind tayo about circulation or any other concerns, lalo na kung baguhan ka pa sa breastfeeding and want to make sure lahat ay okay. Huwag mag-alala, most likely normal lang yan but doctors will know best!

Ilang months po bago makakuha ng indigent 18 years old gagamit and ano pong mga process

Hindi ko sure ng exact timeline kasi bawat municipality ay medyo iba ang processing, pero based sa friends ko, around 2-3 months ang average from application to actual card, pero kailangan mong i-follow up talaga sa barangay at municipal health office, kaya hindi guaranteed agad! Best move ay bumisita ka mismo sa barangay health center or municipal health office near you, dalhin ang birth certificate, school ID, at proof of residence, then tanungin mo direct kung gaano katagal at ano ang exact requirements para sa 18-year-old, mas mabilis answer mo agad kaysa maghintay ng internet. Maraming natalo sa paperwork lang kaya siguruhing complete from the start!

hi mga miii . 5 weeks and 2 days na ako ngayon pero nagka brown discharge ako at mej masakit ng slight ang baba ng puson ko light lang kering keri. ano kaya to? worried tuloy ako normal po ba?

Ay mama, first thing, please go see your OB as soon as you can, okay? Brown discharge with even slight cramping at 5 weeks needs a doctor's check to make sure everything's good, hindi ka dapat mag-alala alone. It could be normal, pero mas safe kung maconfirm ng doctor directly, kaya don't wait! Thinking of you, keep us posted once you've seen her, ha?

If I could give another mom one piece of advice, it would be this: don’t put so much pressure on yourself to be perfect. Your baby doesn’t need a perfect mom—they need a loving, present one. There will be days when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering if you’re doing enough. You are. It’s okay to ask for help, take a break when you can, and prioritize your own well-being too. Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s one of the best ways to take care of your baby. #ClubBabyMD #CetahpilBaby

Totoo na yan, sis! Wish someone told me na hindi kailangan mong mag-perfect, ang babies lang naman need love at presence, hindi ang Instagram-worthy setup haha. Honestly, I spent months stressing kung lahat ba ng setup ko ay tama, pero ang bata ko happy lang talaga pag kasama niya ako, even messy version. The real game-changer para sa akin was learning na pagingatan ko din sarili ko kasi kung okay ako, mas okay din siya, hindi selfish, it's survival mode! Permission din para sa atin lahat na mag-rest at mag-ask for help without feeling guilty, kasi pano natin kayang mag-give kung empty na tayo emotionally.

Hi mommies! 2nd time mom po. Ano pong supplements binigay sa inyo ng OB nyo? mine is obimin plus, calciumade and hemarate FA.

Congrats on baby number two! Ang prescribed namin ay similar lang, prenatal vitamins, calcium, and iron supplement din, kaya normal lang ang binigay sa iyo ng OB mo. A few of us mums noticed na ang Obimin Plus, Calciumade, and Hemarate FA ay pretty standard combination na, kaya you're in good hands! The important thing is consistent intake niya, especially ngayong early weeks pa lang, so your baby gets the nutrients needed. If you have any concerns about side effects or dosage, best to clarify directly with your OB since every pregnancy can be a bit different. Excited for you ulet!

Ganyan din ang ginawa ko bago bumalik sa work. 😊 Mas okay kung unti-unti ang transition. Mag-offer muna ng 1 bottle feeding sa isang araw gamit ang expressed breast milk kung meron. Minsan mas tinatanggap din ni baby kapag ibang caregiver ang nagbibigay ng bote habang wala si mommy. Huwag ma-discourage kung ayaw agad, may babies talagang kailangan ng ilang araw o linggo bago masanay. Kung bottle-fed expressed milk pa rin siya, tandaan lang na kailangan mo pa ring mag-pump sa work para makatulong na ma-maintain ang milk supply. ❤️

13 weeks pa lang, ingat talaga sa gamot lalo na kung hindi prescribed. 😊 Sa sakit ng ulo, ang paracetamol ang karaniwang first-choice na pain reliever sa pagbubuntis kapag kailangan. Sa sipon naman, pahinga, maraming fluids, at saline nasal spray o steam inhalation puwedeng makatulong. Iwas muna sa basta-bastang over-the-counter cold meds dahil may ingredients na hindi recommended sa buntis. Kung mataas ang lagnat, matindi ang sakit ng ulo, hirap huminga, o hindi gumagaling after a few days, magpacheck na rin sa OB o doctor para makasigurado. 💕
