Check up for binat

Currently 8 weeks pregnant. Papacheck up sana ako sa ob kasi nafefeel ko may binat ako: nanlalamig tapos masakit ang ulo. Bibigyan kaya ako ni doc ng gamot or baka irefer to other doctor.

Bes, go see your OB agad, chills at headache during pregnancy need checking to rule out anything na kailangan ng immediate care, kaya better safe than sorry! Your doc will examine ka properly, at depending sa findings, either ibigay ang safe options for you or mag-refer if needed. Wag mag-alala, ang OBs dito alam nila kung ano ang pregnancy-safe, so you're in good hands. Mag-hydrate ka in the meantime at rest as much as you can, okay? Let me know how the checkup goes!

Currently 8 weeks pregnant, ano po kaya tong nafefeel ko. Feeling ko kasi busog ako lagi tapos madalas masakit yung tyan ko or puson. Wala rin namang alarming na discharge. Hindi rin ako nadidighay or nauutot. Hay naku.

Uy mama, I hear you, 8 weeks is such a tricky time, and your body is doing SO much na hindi natin napapansin! But honestly, kailangan mo talaga makakonsulta ng doctor soon para ma-check kung normal lang yan or kung may kailangan i-address, lalo na may abdominal discomfort ka. Walang discharge o other symptoms is good, pero yung combination ng bloating + pain ay worth checking out just to be sure, kaya don't wait ha, book a checkup na. Karamihan ng cases it's just normal pregnancy stuff, pero alam namin yan ay hindi ako doktor! Take care, and please get that checked ASAP.

Hahahaha alam ko yan feeling, mama! Honestly parang time moves differently when you're waiting for number two kasi busy ka pa managing the first one, plus anxiety kicks in iba, with your first kaya mo lang mag-focus on pregnancy, pero ngayon laging may distraction with your toddler so the days blur together but also feel super long, weird combo talaga! Your 1st born will be around a year and a few weeks old when baby comes, which is actually perfect spacing sabi nila, kaya hang in there lang, almost there na!

Aww, I feel you! Ganyan din aking firstborn, sobrang picky eater at ang bilis lumaki ng kuya niya kaya ang pressure talaga, haha. Pero honestly, prang importante muna malaman kung bakit hindi tumatagal ang weight, kung normal lang ang appetite niya or may underlying issue, kasi ang vitamins lang ay tumutulong lang sa absorption ng nutrients, hindi talaga siya gagawing kumain ng mas marami if walang appetite. Best ko talagang gawin ay mag-check muna sa pedia para malaman kung ano talaga ang dahilan, baka may nutritional deficiency o something, at sila na ang magrecommend ng best vitamins para sa case ng baby mo. Mula doon, mas makakatulong ka talaga!

Ultrasound result

Tanong lang po mga mhie, pagdating sa estimated due date,alin ba ang susundin,yung result nung nagpa ultrasound ka during 2nd trimester or yung sa third trimester mo na result.. salamat

Ay, good question! From what I've learned with my pregnancies and from a few of my mum friends, usually ang ultrasound mo sa second trimester ang mas accurate para sa due date kasi mas clear pa ang dating ng baby non, pero honestly better to ask your OB directly because bawat case ay iba-iba depende sa dating and development ng baby mo, sila ang makakaalam best kung alin talaga ang gagamitin nila for your records. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Hyperemesis Gravidarum During Pregnancy

Hi mommies! 🤍 May naka-experience ba dito ng hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) during pregnancy? Paano niyo siya na-manage, at ano ang mga nakatulong para mabawasan ang pagsusuka at pagduduwal? Ilang weeks kayo nagsimulang gumaan ang pakiramdam? Any tips or experiences are welcome. Thank you! 💕

Hi mommy! Sobrang hirap talaga ng HG, ako dati parang gustong sumuko sa food kasi lahat nasusuka ko. Nakatulong sa akin yung frequent small meals, crackers pag gising, ginger tea, at yung Vitamin B6 na binigay ng OB ko, plus IV fluids nung sobrang severe na para di ako ma-dehydrate. Sa akin humupa nung mga week 16 to 18, pero iba-iba talaga per mommy so wag mag-alala kung mas matagal, importante lang laging updated OB mo lalo na kung di ka makatikim ng tubig o pagkain.
