From what I've generally heard, the confirmation email usually comes through within a day or two, but it's worth checking your spam or junk folder first since a few people mentioned it landed there. The email itself should contain the instructions for collection at the Expo, so once you have it, you just show it as proof at the collection point, no need to print, your phone screen is fine. If it takes longer than expected, I'd just drop them a quick email at [email protected] directly, as that seems to be the most reliable way to get a response. Overall it sounds quite straightforward for first-timers, so don't worry too much!

2yo sweats alot when sleeping

my 2 yo boy sweats alot when he sleeps, even with aircon on and the ceiling fan ventilating the room by directing the wind upwards. am considering getting a mattress topper with cooling effect. Any reccommendation from all the daddies and mummies here?

We tried a latex mattress topper and it helped quite a bit with the heat buildup, and a friend of mine swapped to a tencel-covered cooling topper which she said made a noticeable difference for her daughter. That said, since he's sweating a lot even with aircon on, it might be worth mentioning it to your PD at the next visit just to rule out anything, because sometimes excessive sweating in young kids can be worth a quick check.
