IFC teachers quarrelling

so end of year, the old teachers resign, principal resign, then also changing classes and shifts for the ifc teachers. today afternoon shift was all the "new" teachers and they cannot handle my girl who has been there since she was 2 months old. now 5 months already. today I pick her up, she crying, I just hold her and she stopped. but when I peeked in the window, they stuffed a blanket to her face and put her in the rocker to force her to sleep, when she crying so loudly. then they informed me that even though they just fed her 1 hour ago, they thought she hungry so fed her again, but she never stop crying, then they put the oil for the stomach cause thought she stomach pain but also didn't stop crying . .. last time the teacher will put pacifier but I guess they never pass the information, last time also teachers will carry awhile... but ok new teacher I just smile and say its ok, first day , they got to learn. then while I teaching my.husband how to use the carrier with the baby outside the center, we heard the 3 teachers with one kid still inside waiting for the parent, they quarreling very loudly. With one teacher scolding the other two the. they shouting.. I mean obviously , I feel the last kid sure traumatised... I feel I should say something but also not sure about it and to whom as well.. usually bb gurl come home will sleep immediately, but today, sleep alrdy then will cry very loudly when lights off and need to console , carry here and there half an hour and leave lights on, till she falls asleep.. I feel maybe she also traumatised by the new teachers way of handling her. Do you guys think I should say something to the morning teachers? or confront the afternoon teachers or wait a few days and see the situation? I don't know who more traumatised, my baby or my husband who usually don't pick her up, but clearing leave this end of year, so he is surprised to see her like this in the evening. And feels that the teachers traumatised her...

Is this okay? Baby poop

Baby is on pure formula now, about 2 mths old, and had to put in effort to push, poop was hard and had a bit of diluted blood stain kind, but afterwards it was the usual pastey kind. Is this normal? Is this dehydration or formula constipation.. what should i do?

Bad eczema help !!

My baby has very bad eczema on face and dry scalp. We tried many moisturisers (cetaphil, QV, earthmama, California baby,Aquera, mustela…) and doesn’t help. Anyone has similar issues and can share what else we can do?

Is there any chart or recommend website about little one activities for development growth? Rather than he staring at the blank doing nothing 😅

there is an app available on ios called pathfinder health, it recommends many interesting activities to do wif baby for their development! its also said to be designed by developmental-behavioral PDs

Hello mummies, will you take up additional unpaid leave outside of the 16 weeks maternity? My boss is flexible and I am able to take more time off to look after my newborn. I am planning to take an additional 4 weeks unpaid, and considering maybe 8 or going back part time first.. but that would mean no income for 2 months as well. Anyone did this too?

PEM Confinement Gold Nanny Recommendation?

Anyone has experience hiring PEM gold nanny? Any recommended nannies? Pls advise, thanks!

My bb is 3 months now. I topped up for gold nanny. Mine is Auntie Liew Loke Yuen (#960). Glad that she is pretty chill because I don't believe in ALL confinement superstitions, only followed the basic stuff. She didn't nag too much. Oh her cooking is awesome...I was so well fed! 🤤 My cousin also took PEM but not gold. And the difference is huge. Her nanny is very rough with baby, cooking sucks, plays with phone alot etc. Without the 'gold assurance', I think it boils down to luck. There are definitely ppl who got good nannies without topping up. But since this is my first baby, I decided to take the safe route.

PRICE. U get those cheaper brands, the ingredients aren’t fantastic, but if you shd choose those more expensive brands, ingredients may only be slightly better but yet, the price is…$$…hiaz… The younger the kiddo, the more ex things are. It’s juz crazy….mums really are looking for real value for money.
