Is your mil actively involved in your kid's upbringing? My son is 3 months old and she already say she wanna queue up to register him in 'branded' pri sch around our area in future. Am I too petty to feel annoyed by this?

Only if she wanted to contribute financially then I’d close one eye lol. Otherwise our kid our rule

Am glad my MIL doesn't poke too much into my matters. But you should be firm to her when explaining

do u mind sharing y u will feel this way? My mil is fiercely competitive in the academics of her own kids. I guess I felt annoyed that in this era, its not really when u score high in results, it translates to being successful in life. To me values and manners come before academic

Yes annoying. I'm the mother I make decisions
