Low placenta at 20 weeks

Yesterday my detail scan.Everthing is ok only my placenta is low,its near my cervix.Beside not carrying heavy things,what i should look out for? I being doing all household chores by myself w/o any help.Any advise? Thanks so much..#advicepls

Hii! actually i have low placenta too. i gt to know at my 21 weeks but my nurse advice it will go up but just becareful. avoid stretch at tummy area, do not heavy lifting and try to minimise the intercourse. dont worry mummy baby is okay. if you occur any bleeding pls get immediate help too. try to avoid tiredness. plenty of rest too

No sex till placenta moves up on its own. Normally by week 30+ it will. I had it too and managed to deliver naturally without any assistance.
