It might be other factors like stress, lack of sleep or nutrients and hormonal imbalance. Or conditions like PCOS. Try eating iron rich foods like dates n gooseberry regularly. If your periods still show no signs of coming, best to consult a Gynaecologist.

This happened to me. Turned out I had PCOS. :( doctor suggested I go on keto diet. After that managed to lose 7.5kg in 6 weeks. Period came back as normal and got pregnant very fast after that too.

Please do see your gynae to have yourself checked. It could be a hormonal imbalance or are u undergoing a lot of stress lately? That could also affect the body and imbalance.

Delayed periods may be caused by a lot of different factors like stress, weight gain and pregnancy. It is best to consult a doctor to be sure of your condition.

See specilist doctor. I went through before & got to know i had PCOS - Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. But i hope urs will be fine.. Blessed u.

Stress especially and diet affects but if it goes on for long, would recommened you to see a gynae, just to be on the safe side.

probably hormonal issues...especially if you're under extreme stress or having some changes in diet..best to go see a gynae

did you go into sometime of diet? changing diet does affect too..but please see a doctor..sounds like hormonal changes

Maybe some hormonal imbalance. Did you have a drastic change in routine ? Any new diet or workout or lack of sleep?
