Infant care or family?
Hello working mummies! Do you guys intend to send your babies to infant care or to your in-laws post your maternity leave? Any sharing of past experience on which is a better option for you is most welcomed!

if u comfortable with inlaw looking after ur baby then should be fine. But u must take consideration such as their way of looking after baby might be different from ur expectation etc. If u are unsure, u apply infant care but let inlaw look after temporary. Cause getting a slot in infant care is depend on the availability, some takes months. Then if u find inlaw ok in looking after baby, then just go ahead. The slot u can give a miss. If not atleast u are on waiting list 🤭for infant care
