Visiting in laws

Hi working moms, how often do you bring your baby to visit your in laws? I feel that weekends is time for us to rest and bond with baby, yet we are obliged to visit in laws because they cannot be bothered to visit. I do not enjoy time at in laws because I do not like the way my SIL and MIL interact with my baby, yet I cannot tell them straight off in the face.
