As long as you got the green light from your gynae, any workout is fine but start lightly. Can always look for post natal personal trainer! I did and didn't regret as I wanted to be sure and do my workout safely.
Give your wounds time to heal and allow your womb to contract first? Wait 6-8 weeks then gradually build up on intensity of workout?
I think allow some time for the wound to heal first before proceeding with any form of work out and start mild
