Subsided route for delivery and private room?

Wondering if there is an option for mommies who are going for a subsided route for delivery and private room? Unplanned complication for my pregnancy and may need to opt for cesarean, but i wish to stay at air-conditioning room either A or B1. Thanks.. KKH singapore
