Check up subsidised.. delivery private possible?

Hi, we are doing exactly that! However if you have a preferred gynae do check their availability in advanced because they might already be fully booked later. We are under subsidy at KKH but the gynae we chose will not accept new patients after 14 weeks. So no choice got to switch over to private at 14 weeks 😅

We are thinking of doing the same too. I think its possible to change from sub to private. Delivery will be the cost of private. Choice of gynae might be limited. Best to check with the hospital again to confirm in the correct info though.

Must check which gynae is avail first coz some gynae wont be able to take you when you reach certain weeks. Coz when you opted for private the gynae will ask you what kinda tests you have done before and ask for all your reports.

Think you should enquire at the hosp itself.. Cos dunno which gynae is avail for u at the last min like that.. Bt price wise also will be very different alr..
