Second trimester

Hi all, just wondering.. does anyone experience feeling nausea during your second trimester? You will feel headache and vomiting.

I am 18th week didn't feel nausea but feel headache everyday .my gyne told me to have enough water/ liquid in diet it will help to reduce headache
