Herbal Chicken

At wk 12 now is it ok to eat herbal chicken?been avoiding it coz I read to avoid herbal anything in 1st tri but really want to eat it. Should I just wait for another week or 2? The craving is soooooo real I feel like crying at the thought of herbal chicken ????
