As i have a 4 months old baby, i will make her sleep around 7plus. once she sleep, i will eat my dinner, have some me time, wash up, then bring her to her cot and lay beside her. I will wake up 2 to 3 times in the night for my 4hourly pump. And also help to change her diapers and feed her 1 to 2 times in the night. And we will both wake up around 7am.

As for baby K routine, she will sleep around 7plus in the yao lan before we move her to her baby cot around 8pm. Feed her milk 2 times in the night and change her diapers. She will wake up around 7am!
