Will my baby get flathead if she keep sleeping on one side?

The older folks say that babies will get flat head if he's lay down on one side for too long. When my son was younger, I would move his head from left to right occasionally as advised by my aunty. And although pillows are discouraged, my baby also slept on a dimple pillow by Babysafe which claims to prevent flat head syndrome.
