Week 16, first baby

Hi, my wife is in week 16, she always feel nausea while brushing her teeth, she always having leg cramps and feeling tiredness. Is normal to experience all this?🙏🙏#firstbaby #pregnancy

you can buy a maternity toothpaste online for a cheaper alternative to relieve her nausea from brushing her teeth, worked great for me at just $5 :)
