red tiny dots
Why is there a red tiny dots look alike rashes around her eyes..her face.. Should i see a doctor to get it check?

It doesn't look too serious, mild rashes or acne are quite common with babies. You can just clean regularly with warm water and soft cloth, moisturise, and if it gets worse (red, itchy skin) then definitely bring to a doctor.
