Red Dots Or Rashes On Pregnant Belly

Why sometimes there are occasional rashes but they don't seem to be itchy? Is there anything to worry about or could it be that baby is sensitive to some food?

Could just be heat rash. If it doesn’t itch maybe you can highlight to your gynae during the next check up
