Why do I have to worry about cleaning my child's baby teeth? They're just going to fall out anyway.

Because they don't just fall out right away. Milk teeth begin sprouting from as early as right from birth and the first milk tooth falls out when the kid is around 6 or 7 years old. Dental caries not only affect the teeth, but also the root and gums. In the worst case scenario, it may develop into an infection which spreads throughout the body. I'm sure you don't want your children's teeth to look like that. http://eastcoastendova.com/9-things-know-tooth-decay/ http://sg.theasianparent.com/how-to-look-after-your-babys-first-teeth/
