Who should be in charge of budgeting the money, husband or wife?

I agree with Grace and Felicity. Whoever is good at managing finances should be the one to keep track of the budget but it's also important to have an open communication with your spouse on the breakdown of your expenses/payables so that both of you are on the same page.
