For night doulas, try asking your OB or the hospital where you're giving birth kung may referrals sila, kasi maraming private nurses naman dito sa Manila who do night care, or check Facebook groups for expat moms and working moms kasi usually may recommendations doon. As for postpartum facilities, honestly sobrang limited pa rito compared sa ibang countries, but some private hospitals do offer "rooming in" packages with nurses available, so definitely inquire directly sa hospitals like Makati Medical, St. Luke's, or Asian Hospital. You're doing an amazing job preparing ahead, that's already half the battle, at I'm sure you'll find the right support system para sa iyong baby at para sa sarili mo. Kaya mo nito!
