Caring after child with no help..

Who here looks after your infant without any help? Eg mom, mil, hired helper, infant care etc... How do you do it?

Ive been taking care of my 9 week old myself since my confinement lady left. Exhausting but it's all worth it. He'll be going into infantcare when he's 13 weeks old.
