Maybe you want to try fresh milk instead. In Singapore fm is overly priced. In the states we give them fresh milk. However not all brands. Here in Singapore you can give meiji, Paul's, greenfields, farmhouse or organic valley. Alternatively you may want to consider fresh goats milk.
I have never compared before but when my gal was on enfamil she constipated badly. We switched her to nestle nan and it is much better and I heard nan is the closest to breastmilk. My nephew drinks similac and everytime the maid opens the Tin I can smell the powder.
