Csect binder when can take off

At which day/week after csection did you stopped wearing your binder or to sleep. Im almost 2 weeks post csect and feel like taking it off but scared itll affect my wound or make it heal slower #firsttimemom

I stopped after 1 month. If you feel you comfortable then maybe can loosen it abit? If not can take it out at times to air it. Don’t think it will affect the wound or heal slower, it’s more to keep your body in shape and tighten the tummy physically.

I took it off right after gynae open my patch. It was too uncomfortable & painful at wound area.
