Where is the best place to bring a 10 months old baby to play?

A park I love outdoor. Can be your nearby park or even the rooftop Esplanade garden. It's nice to have sunshine & those nasty bacteria usually dun like the sun

My LO is 9.5mths I have brought him to quite a few indoor playground, swim, free water play areas in shopping Malls, gym, music classes

Can go kids friendly playground like cool de sac, hokey pokey, where they is toys for kids to play.
