Completely dry bottle before using?

When washing & drying baby bottles, do they have to be completely dry before using them for feeding? What do you do if there are droplets of water?

I don’t care coz it’s consider in my opinion. Alternatively you can use boiling water to sanitise & rinse once before using the bottle to feed your baby.
