how to survive..

When vomiting is so bad you even vomit out the nausea pills ? Almost 16 weeks.. How long more do I need to survive this...

i had such a bad first t erf i because of vomiting and neusea plus bad acidity. thank God i read about ginger, and apple cider vinegar. it really helps momshies, try nyo po.

1 tbs of apple cider po 3x a day. ung ginger naman po, make an egg soup with ginger mga thumb-like ang laki. gisa nyo po ung ginger, put water then ung egg. boil then enjoy. this is best if u keep on vomiting ur food.
