I sleep at 10pm and wake up at 6am

I sleep 8pm and wake up 6am

Wakeup 6am and sleep 9.30pm

Sleep at 2am wake up at 9or 10am

I sleep at 11 nd wake up by 5am

Around 22h00 and wake up at 5

I wake up 5-6am & sleeps 10pm

Wake up 7 am Sleep about 11pm

I wake up 7 am and sleep 9pm
