That’s normal Mama! I think you need some time-off and have a ‘me time’ just for you. Use that time to relax, take a long shower or exercise 😉💓

Get out of e house and do some shopping for urself. Meet up wif frenz for tea. Exercise or take a walk at e beach. Out of e hse will make u feel better.

Been there. You need a breather or what we call "me time" :) Go on a coffee date with your friends or go on shopping alone. Indeed a great help :)

Same here :( and sometimes I also feel all alone with this. It’s like you’re empty and lonely. Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

Get some “me” time . Spend a day away from kids n husband, do stuff I like or meet friends & gossip. Find good food to eat

same here and i want to just lay in bed and sleep all day. what i do is watch motivational videos from YouTube to get me motivated.

Take interest in yourself. Make friends. Go out. Indulge in your hobbies. Do whatever makes you feel alive.

gumagawa ako ng mga hobby ko. like crochetor watching tv series. in that way nakakalimutan ko ung lungkot ko.
